Meet Your Notary

Hello! I’m Masha Davis, the proud owner of The Stamped Lotus Virtual Notary Services, based in Maryville, Illinois. I graduated from East St. Louis Lincoln Senior High (Class of ’94) and earned my BA in English/Creative Writing from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in 1998. Later, I attended Sanford-Browm Vocational College and received my diploma and license to practice massage therapy in Illinois.

​My career journey has been diverse, beginning as a journalist, then transitioning to a chiropractic assistant, and ultimately becoming the sole owner and operator of Masha’s Therapeutic Massage, which I ran for nearly 20 years before recently retiring. In 2023, I was commissioned as a Notary Public in Madison County by the State of Illinois. I now offer general notary services, primarily virtually, from my office in Maryville, Illinois.

​As a proud Black and disabled business owner, my mission is to build meaningful connections within our community, especially among fellow minorities, while delivering exceptional notary services to clients throughout Madison County and beyond. I'm also eager to collaborate with other local notaries for referrals and to serve as a trusted witness when needed. I look forward to meeting new clients and colleagues, and I’m excited to assist with all your general notary needs.
