The process, similar to a Zoom meeting, is all done online. No apps to download. No confusion. Just fast, secure, online notarization from home.
Here's how it works: View our calendar and submit your appointment request online. When your appointment is confirmed, gather all pages included with the document required for the notarization.

1. We will upload all your documents. 2. You will verify your identity by providing an unexpired state or federal ID with your photo and signature. 3. You will join a live video meeting with me, your commissioned notary public. 4. I will review, notarize, and seal your document. Your physical signature is replaced with an electronic one, while my digital stamp and certificate complete the notarization. 5. You may download your notarized documents.

Each RON act (stamp, oath/affirmation, or signature witnessing) is only $25 for the first document and $8 for each additional document in one session.​
