In-Office Notarization

Are you in or near Maryville, Illinois, or just passing through and need a fast notarization? Request an appointment to meet at a convenient time in our home office. 

 

Here's how it works: Fill out our consultation form or view our calendar and submit your appointment request online. When your appointment is confirmed, I will email you the address and directions to my home office.

1. Gather all pages included with the document required for the notarization and bring them all to your appointment. 2. You will verify your identity by providing an unexpired state or federal ID with your photo and signature. 3. You will sign my journal (required by Illinois law). 4. I will review, notarize, and seal your document. ​5. You’ll complete your payment and get an itemized receipt.​

In-person notarizations are by appointment only, and each notarial act (stamp, oath/affirmation, or signature witnessing) costs just $5. Call, text, or email us for an appointment.
